Are you looking for an HR internship where you will support the HR&O department in all related HR activities? Then this assignment could be interesting for you.
The sector Human Resource & Organization (HR&O) proactively supports the business and its strategy as an ambassador of the management vision on “people are the key asset of ASML”. HR&O is responsible for the development and implementation of all activities concerning HR&O Resources, Compensation & Benefits, Organizational Development, Development & Learning and Information and Process Control. The sector employs around 300 employees, with a team in Europe, the US and Asia.
A part of the HR&O department is HR&O for the Business Line Applications. The team consists of 6 people working in Veldhoven and is directly interacting with you.
You will be a member of our HR Team, which is operating directly with the customer and provides holistic end to end solutions in the area of Metrology and Patterning Control. Next to your school assignment or project, you will work alongside your HR colleagues and support them with our daily business.
Your assignment includes but is not limited to: providing operational support to your HR team members, line management and employees, ensuring the HR Year calendar is executed in a timely and quality way, supporting HR and/or business projects and all other daily activities in the field of HR which support and add value to our business customer.
You are a Bachelor or Master student in with a background in Human Resources. You are an excellent international communicator and have well-developed analytical skills in combination with a very pragmatic and result-driven approach. Furthermore, you are a team player and not afraid to step out of your comfort zone.
This is an apprentice internship for 4 to 5 days a week with duration of minimum 6 months, but preferably 12. This internship can be extended to a graduation assignment. The start date is as soon as possible.
Please keep in mind that we can only consider students (who are enrolled at a school during the whole internship period) for our internships and graduation assignments.
